The European law mainly targets online stores of companies with more than 10 employees or €2 million in revenue. Micro-enterprises providing services are exempt. The pre-audit helps you get a clear picture.

The automated pre-audit spots the main errors. It does not replace a full audit against the RGAA standard, carried out page by page.

For the fixes only, after payment, through a dedicated account. Never by password.

The lead time starts as soon as we have received your payment and your complete brief, including required files: logo, photos, information to display. If anything is missing, we write to you to ask for it, and the lead time resumes as soon as we receive it.

We read every brief before starting. If it asks for more than the chosen pack, we don't start: we let you know within 24 hours, and you choose between moving up to the next pack by paying only the difference, or being fully refunded.

If the delivery doesn't match what you ordered, you are refunded. The exact conditions, including the deadline to request it, are detailed in our terms of sale.

Payment is made online, securely, at the time of order, and your bank details never pass through us. For a custom project, you pay 50% at order and 50% on delivery, once the quote is approved.
