Yes, always. If you already have a domain name, we connect it to your new website. If not, we register it in your name: it belongs to you, and you keep it no matter what.
Essential includes 1 round of revisions, Pro includes 2. A round groups all your feedback sent at once: text, colors, photos, section order. We apply everything, then you approve.
No, you can host your website wherever you like. The option at €39 excl. VAT per month, over 12 months, covers hosting, the domain name, a professional email, backups and 30 minutes of edits every month. It starts at launch.
The clock starts as soon as we have received your payment and your complete brief, including the required files: logo, photos, information to display. If anything is missing, we email you to ask for it, and the clock resumes as soon as we receive it.
We read every brief before starting. If it asks for more than the chosen pack, we don't start: we let you know within 24 hours, and you choose between moving up to the next pack and paying only the difference, or being fully refunded.
If the delivery doesn't match what you ordered, you are refunded. The exact terms, including the deadline to make a request, are detailed in our terms of sale.
Payment is made online, securely, when you order, and your bank details never pass through us. For a custom project, you pay 50% at order and 50% at delivery, once the quote is approved.
