We collect only the data you send us:

• Order form: name, email, phone, company, country, VAT number where applicable, your brief and the files sent (logo, photos, documents).
• Appointment booking: name, email and information provided at the time of booking.
• Emails: the content of our exchanges.

We never collect your card numbers or your passwords.

• Carrying out your order and delivering to you: legal basis, the contract.
• Invoicing and bookkeeping: legal basis, our legal obligations.
• Customer relations (answering your questions, following your project, contacting you again): legal basis, our legitimate interest.
• Compliance with our other legal obligations.

• Customer relationship data: 3 years after the last contact.
• Accounting records (invoices): 10 years.
• Files sent with the brief: deleted 12 months after the end of the service.

Your data is processed by Fiddes and by technical service providers, only for the purposes described here:

• the website hosting provider;
• a secure payment provider;
• an online office suite (storage of orders and emails);
• an appointment booking tool;
• a video conferencing and transcription tool for appointments.

Fiddes never sells your data.

Payment is processed by a secure payment provider, certified PCI-DSS, the data security standard for bank cards.

Fiddes never sees your card numbers: we only receive the payment confirmation and the information needed for the invoice.

Video conference appointments may be transcribed to keep an accurate record of your needs.

You are informed before any recording, and you can refuse it: the appointment takes place as usual.

Yes, some data may be transferred outside the European Union, in particular to the United States, where Aureus Online LLC is established and where some of our service providers are located.

These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the Data Privacy Framework (EU-US data protection framework).

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data.

The website sets no advertising cookies and no audience measurement cookies, and uses no tracking tool. It sets no cookies at all. It only keeps, in your browser's local storage, your sound choice (videos with or without sound) and, if you fill in a long questionnaire, the draft of your answers so that you can resume later. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us unless you submit the form, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

To display, it loads third-party resources:

• fonts from the Google Fonts servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com);
• animation libraries (GSAP, ScrollTrigger and Lenis) from the jsDelivr network (cdn.jsdelivr.net).

These services technically receive your IP address and information about your browser, which are needed to send you these files.

At the time of payment, you are redirected to the page of the secure payment provider, which may use its own cookies necessary for payment security.
