Do you keep my text?

As you wish: we can shorten and rephrase, or keep your text as it is. You specify it in your brief.

Which format do you deliver in?

PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or PDF, depending on what you choose when ordering.

What is the minimum number of slides?

10 slides for the per-slide option. For regular needs, the subscriptions cover 20 or 50 slides per month.

When does the delivery time start?

The lead time starts as soon as we have received your payment and your complete brief, including required files: logo, photos, information to display. If anything is missing, we write to you to ask for it, and the lead time resumes as soon as we receive it.

What if my needs go beyond the chosen pack?

We read every brief before starting. If it asks for more than the chosen pack, we don't start: we let you know within 24 hours, and you choose between moving up to the next pack by paying only the difference, or being fully refunded.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If the delivery doesn't match what you ordered, you are refunded. The exact conditions, including the deadline to request it, are detailed in our terms of sale.

How does payment work?

Payment is made online, securely, at the time of order, and your bank details never pass through us. For a custom project, you pay 50% at order and 50% on delivery, once the quote is approved.
