No. For the explainer video, we write the script from your brief. If you already have one, upload it when you order.

The clock starts as soon as we have received your payment and your complete brief, including required files: logo, photos, information to display. If something is missing, we write to you to ask for it, and the clock restarts once we receive it.

We read every brief before we start. If it asks for more than the chosen pack, we do not begin: we let you know within 24 hours, and you choose between moving up to the next pack by paying only the difference, or getting a full refund.

If the delivery does not match what you ordered, you get a refund. The exact conditions, including the deadline to request one, are set out in our terms of sale.

Payment is made online, securely, when you order, and your bank details never pass through us. For a custom project, you pay 50% at order and 50% at delivery, once the quote is approved.
